I bought this product back in March 2019 and have been using it pretty regularly. I primarily utilize the transmit mode on the device to listen to TV when everyone’s asleep to not wake up the family. Overall, the product is awesome! I linked this with my Bluetooth Beats Audio Studio Headphones and have not had any issues since pairing them. Initially pairing can take a while which is probably the only flaw I have with the product. It took me about 15-20 minutes of trying multiple times to finally get them to pair. Only was an issue with the Beats, as I have a pair of Jabra Elite Bluetooth headphones which paired within a minute or so. Once the beats finally paired, repairing is very quick and easy (within a minute max). So I can certainly live with the initial issues.
Quick Pairing with BT 5.0 devices, excellent sound quality

Here is what I found after one afternoon of paring and range testing followed by nearly two months of use:
(1) Range – I am extremely impressed with the range of the transmitter, beats other 5.0 long range transmitter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GZLSFGP) I have – 5 stars
(2) Pairing – Very quick to pair with some of my receivers, difficult to pair with others – so, I would give 4 star
(3) Sound Quality – excellent, I am using LL and HD – 5 stars
Another observation is that even though the manual says volume + – does not work in transmit mode, it seems to.
Works great! Outstanding range.

The 1mii B03Pro works fantastic. I use it in “receive” mode which means it receives songs wirelessly from my iPhone and acts as an adapter to hard wired speakers. The beauty of this model is its ability to receive and continue playing songs even if I wander pretty far off into the backyard. When I return to the house, the music is still playing! Other products I’ve tried don’t have that kind of range. Nothing is worse during a Summer cookout gathering than starting my tunes inside then when I go outside with my phone in my pocket to grill dinner, the music stops.
I haven’t tried it in “transmit” mode yet (sends TV sound to Bluetooth ear buds) but I’m confident this quality unit will handle it flawlessly.
Sounds great, transmits and receives

I wasn’t sure I needed the BO3-Pro, but I’m now very pleased I have it. The sound quality is VERY good. I love that I can be listening to something (from my phone) over bluetooth in the car, walk into the house, and almost seamlessly continue with the home stereo. The sound quality, build quality, and range are all better than the unit I used to have, and this one also transmits, which means I can now watch tv on my bluetooth headphones, which is great. I also appreciate that this one operates silently, as my old one made some soft noises when operating. Very pleased with this bluetooth receiver.

- Is there a way to reset the device? My coworking connected their headphones once, and now it keeps pairing over their iphone when they arrive.
Hi, restore factory default of B03pro by press Bluetooth button for 5 seconds, both TX and RX led flashes purple light twice quickly. and then enter into pairing mode again automatically.

- I work at home and speak with customers with my wireless headset. Does this device allow incoming and outgoing talking via my PC?
i work at home also. it allows any bluetooth signal to transmit or recieve bluetooth signals. if your headset is bluetooth uour good. most oc headsets are radio frequency however just fyi. if radio will not work sorry.
- I have 2 different b03pro devices to handle 2 zotnes (back & front yards).how can i change the bluetooth name for each device to differentiate the 2?
I have this issue as well, and unfortunately you can’t just change the bluetooth name under settings, on an iPhone. For some bluetooth devices you can, but for quite a few you cannot, including this one. I’m going to keep searching, to see if there is a hack to change the name that the device itself transmits. Having to guess which of the “B03 Pro” devices to connect to is enough of a usability issue that I may have to return the device, just to get one with a distinct name.
- The Warranty link is not working, how to contact support?
Google the manufacturer’s name for contacting support. I think there is an email. It may also be in the instruction manual.
