Does this device turn on and remember the volume setting after a power cycle?

The device turns on but does not remember the volume setting.
I use the “1Mii” to connect music on my MacBook Air to a Dennon AVR (the 1Mii is connected to the AVR) and yes, it remembers the volume setting.
I´m using my cel phone as a bluethoot transmitter to the BO9PRO Bluethoot receiver (conected to my stereo receiver)
In my case: No it doesn´t remember volume setting or tuns on automatically. – Volume is set by my cel phoneHope this helps.

My power cable got damage and I need another ( 1 x 5v power cable ). Can I get another from you?

    Not from me, no.

Is it usb powered? can it be connected to 220v ?

Power comes from 120 V outlet via adaptor and USB cable. The adaptor plugs into the 120 V outlet, then USB cable plugs into adaptor and other end on USB cable plugs into the Bluetooth receiver.

Can someone check to see if the optical output of this device turns of when the power turns off, mine doesn’t and I think it should?

It depends if you are connected to a stereo, and the stereo is on, the optical will be on.

Does it power off automatically with no input?

It will go into a standby mode and reconnect automatically when a linked device becomes active

The unit worked for a couple of days now we can not get it to play although it says we are connected

I found that if you pair more than one device it takes the last device used. For instance if I use my wife’s phone I have to turn her bluetooth off in order to connect money again. Just a thought Like all things IT, have you tried turning it off and on again? I would unplug it for 30 seconds, plug it back in and try it again.
