This WiFi adapter allows you to get speedy Wi-Fi connections, by connecting to the 5GHz network if your router allows it. The ;physicalt; connection is great as it supports USB 3.0 which is super fast compared to older generation USB Ports (USB 2.0 and USB 1.0). And dont worry its backward compatible to make sure it works on basically any device, both new and old. A lot of the times I have issues with cheap WiFi Adapters not connecting to the 5GHz band on Windows 10, but not only does it fully support Windows 10 but it works flawlessly and gets speeds near what my Internet Service Provider says I can get.
Great USB wifi adapter. Setup was simple plug-n-play but it comes with a small install disc to make sure it works the best it can without issues. I like that it has a standard antenna &; connector so you can change the antenna if you want a better range with it. But the ones it comes with work amazing!
For the price, it is very hard to beat. I love this thing!

It seems to be working, but the instructions were very incomplete. It took a lot of messing around and changing settings, but I think I finally got it.

Dramatic improvement in signal strength / internet speeds over a long distance (when compared to the wireless card in my laptop)
Once I updated the drivers (with Windows update) and restarted my computer, I’m getting much faster internet speeds than I was getting with the internal wifi card in my laptop. Have been using for a few days so far, and will update post if I run into any other issues.

Had a problem with the Driver install on one of them, went to the second unit did the install and it worked fine, went back to the unit and it worked fine. Then installed the first unit in a second computer and all was well. I did a speed test on the second computer, it ran at 128 Mbs, yes that’s megabits per second.
I couldn’t rate Tech Support because I didn’t need it.
